R & B Landscaping Services

James and his partner contracted to perform landscaping services to include mowing the lawn, trimming the bushes/hedges, trees (as requested), and other landscaping services as needed. The first visit was free and was supposed to include all of the above services, which included trimming dead branches from a palm tree and trimming a hedge. At their first visit, all they did was mow and edge the lawn. A call had to be placed to remind them to trim the tree and hedge. After the second service, another call had to placed to remind them to trim the palm tree. They promised it would be completed this weekend, as they did not have a ladder to complete the job at the time. We have had to have contact with them every week to make sure that the original services promised were completed. This past week, they also sheared a spot on the lawn. It is late Sunday afternoon and the palm tree is still not trimmed. We have called and "discontinued" the use of their services.
