They were lazy and lethargic. You would ask them to brush the sides of the pool and they would give you a problem. They would come in, check the water, and leave. Now, I do it myself and I save a lot of money doing it.

Service is good and staff is friendly. If you want skimming or tile cleaning be sure to ask for that or it won't be included. Note to contractor: Lose the headphones to increase professionalism score.

Quarex has been doing the pool since we bought the house 2 years ago. The water looks good and I haven t had any problems with the pool.

Jim not only performs routine services, but I have had to call him during stormy weather (when my husband was out of town) in order to show me how to drain water from the pool. He drove over during a storm to assist. Two years ago, my pool was loosing water without explanation. Jim called in a leak detection company and found that a tree root was the culprit. He was able to resolve all problems. He is a good pool mechanic.
