It was reasonably cost, prompt service. and good job.

This is a great family business. Tommy gave me an estimate to repair a roof leak around a vent. He replaced the vent, felt, and several shingles around the vent. Tommy also went beyond the scope by fixing and securing the other vents on the roof. He completed the work in timely manner and was extremely professional. I plan to use their roof services in the future.

He looked at it and advised that he could fix it in a number of ways but wouldn't advise doing it. I was unsure about this, since I had expected a repair/leveling, but I deferred to his professional opinion. No leakage so far.

Everything was done as agreed upon. His folks were detail oriented, and courteous. They showed up on time and got the roof knocked out in two days.

I'm just now writing the review because I had a follow up experience that made me want to write this. Called for a few bad shingles (not their fault) - and they replaced two tabs at no cost... About five years later! My father had similar experiences with them in the past... Good people.

I knew the people there personally. They fixed the leak so it was fine. This was the first time I used them but I do them through work basically. I've used them for other places at work. They seem to know what they are doing and their pricing is good.

Came out promptly for the estimate, even though it was rainy season and all roofing companies were overworked.Gave us a date of about a month in the future to do the work, but a week later offered us immediate work date due to a cancellation. We were happy to take advantage of this.Cleaned up completely, very professional.
The problem had been misdiagnosed by other people, and other estimates were in the price range of $150 to $4500 (one roofer said that we had to replace the whole flat top roof).
The bill said we didn't have to pay until the first good rain, in order to see if the leak was gone. That is a very nice and trust-building business practice.
Warrantied for 6 months.
The estimator and crew chief, who is the brother of the owner, explained why his proposal for work was the correct diagnosis and treatment, considering that we had also received estimates that were for much less and much more.
