Description of Work: Nabil was introduced to me by a neighbor for whom he had worked before and who was quite satisfied by his work. He spent more than 10 hours cutting down and trimming back thick stand of Brazilian Pepper Trees growing that grow on community property abutting my property. Unfortunately, the trees were encroaching on my property. I don't think he took longer than one 15 minute break throughout the entire time. We had agreed on a price that included putting the debris the my curb to be picked up by the trash pickup. However, after he had finished, it was obvious that there was much, too much to dispose of that way. We agreed on another $50 (the original price was $275) for Nabil to pack the debris into his truck and take it to the dump. The extra money included the fee he would have to pay at the dump. He did an excellent job and cleaned up even small twigs and leaves. He climbed his ladders to cut back the trees and did a superior job to anyone else that we ever had working on the same task.
