They spend time looking on my outside unit inside unit I put freon in my unit. They had to come back 6 times and I could not fix the unit. They convinced me to have my unit cleaned and take out a contract with them for another cleaning the next year about $548. 2 days late in my air conditioner wasn't working again. They came 6 times. Wanted over $700 more. Tell me why aren't e company wouldn't allow me to have a new air conditioner and my air condition is 14 years old and said it would last another 4 years. I told him I would think about it. I immediately went 2 orher air conditioner companies that told me I needed a new air conditioner. Even though the price of a new air conditioner in Florida is very expensive at least they have me on the right track. My advice RUN from Quality Air Plus. They just keep taking money from you
