Karen Wingard was our agent and helped us through every step of the transaction. Because the bank was very slow in processing our paperwork in the short sale the transaction took several months, but Karen stuck with us the whole time, she followed up with the bank to make sure our paperwork was being processed, communicated effectively and was a great help. I would DEFINITELY use her again.

Bob Hatton Realty knew what they were doing. This is a very professional company and they sold my home in less than six weeks. The price was about average at six percent of the sale price. They were very punctual and professional the whole time we were discussing business.
