Amazing. We have 3 4x8 ft sliders at our home that we recently purchased. 2 of the 3 would not move and the 3rd was on it's way out. The doors were original to the home (15 years). The 2 man crew worked with such precision and speed, it was unbelievable. We had the wheels replaced and one of the bottom rails replaced. Now with one finger I can move the entire door system. Very pleased. They cleaned up and again just did an amazing job.

Our sliding glass door was an absolute bear to open and close. Always required serious muscle and both hands. Made barbecues not so fun. The gentlemen from Providence had things fixed within 45 minutes (only required one visit). They were on time, knowledgeable, friendly and quick. Couldn't be happier!

When I called for an estimate, Dave Conyers was able to give me one over the phone because he had done other doors in my condo complex. Set up an appointment and that morning he actually called and asked if it was ok if they came a little early. When they got here, they went right to work and didn't pause for a minute until everything was done. Mr Conyers answered all my questions, was very professional, and he and his crew did a great job. Have already recommended him to a friend who used and was also very satisfied.

I called them on Friday, and spoke to Angie. She said she could have some one out there on Monday afternoon by 3pm. That was a nice surprise. I expected I would have to wait until alter in the week! Dave and his assistant showed up about 2:45pm on Monday. they looked at the issues, and discussed with me what they would do with the door itself, and the issue with the door handle that was in place. They installed a new rail cap on the bottom for the door to glide on. What a difference. The door slides easily now, with just a light touch. They told me that the type of door handle and lock that's on the door now is good design, in theory, but unfortunately the screws holding it together will loosen up over time. For now, they put in larger screws to hold it in place better. They were done within an hour, cleaned up nicely, and reviewed everything they did with me. I couldn't be more pleased with their work.

It went great. I cannot recommend these guys enough. They were able to fix the problems created by a previous poor repair job by another company. I'll only use Providence going forward. They use quality parts and do a quality job. I am 100% satisfied.

The initial call went to voice message.  They responded promptly and scheduled for the following week.  They arrived on time and were very professional.  We had one 2 panel glass door and two 3 panel glass doors.  The 3 panel doors hadn't been used in over 10 years and were frozen.  The 2 panel door had 2 frozen rollers.  The only working panel was very rough. They quickly removed all doors, cleaned the tracks and replaced all of the rollers.  In less than an hour and a  half all were working like on glass.  Well worth the $70/panel price.  Very satisfied.  Would definitely use again but the doors work so well I may never need it.

They were very good. He was busy when I first contacted them so had to call a few times. Once we confirmed appointment, he came over and did a great job. Sliding glass doors work better than new. Would highly recommend.

The owner said it was just a small maintenance thing, fixed it, and didn't even charge me. I intend to use them again for future repairs and when I go to replace my glass doors.

We live in an older home and we found that our sliding glass doors were very difficult to open and close.  We investigated having them replaced and found that the project would cost several thousand dollars.  We then decided to research repairs as an alternative option.
We interviewed three sliding glass door repair companies and received suggestions on what would be necessary to repair our 1970's sliding glass doors.  After agreeing on what was needed we choose Providence to do the work.  Their price was competitive however the real reason's we choose them was that Dave was willing to make an additional trip to address some of my husbands concerns.  The team was prompt, considerate and efficient.  They completed the job in just a few hours.  Our doors now run smoothly and can be locked easily.  We are very pleased that we were able to solve the sliding issues without the need to spend thousands of dollars on door replacement.

put a new track over the existing track on our sliding glass door - so much cheaper then replacing the whole door, which is what two other companies recommended to us.  Door opens and closes perfectly now.  Took them a few hours.  They were on time and punctual and cleaned up after themselves.  Highly recommend their services.  Thanks!!

Repair team arrived early after calling.  It took less than an hour to repair the sliding glass patio door.  The door was very hard to slide because the rollers had worn out and over time had ground down the track at the bottom of the door.  They replaced the rollers in the door, recovered the track the door slides on, oiled all moving parts cleaned the area around the track thoroughly and tested the door to insure all worked as it should.  I was very pleased with their work and the results.

The results were fantastic but they left a bit of a mess.  I found screws in my carpet, one while they were here and I showed it to them (they apologized) and a couple more after they left.  It would have hurt badly if someone stepped on them. They also left the sliding doors a mess.  There was some black stuff next to the handle that kept coming off on my hands.  It was hard to clean off the door.  And I think it would be a nice touch if they would clean their fingerprints off the windows before they leave especially since they were clean before they started work on them.  Nice guys and didn't mind having them in my home.  I think all people who walk in  your house should wear shoe covers though.
