Came out before the original start date and did a great job in just two days. Very very pleased as we did have leaks.

All was good from beginning to end.

Communication issues on and off the job site. The crew was very hard workers there was a language barrier which impacted some safety issues. Job completed, had difficulty getting what I needed from them for my insurance. Damaged my pond but did apply credit. Still never received a call as promised of other work they were to complete on fascia that they cut away.

They did two houses for me. Their pricing was excellent, and their communication was great too. All my neighbors were very happy with them. They were able to solve all the issues we had.

They had to come back and do some repairs Very shabby work.

Our experience was very good ?. They worked very hard and fast and tore the old roof off and put a new roof on in one days work.

Proformance presented a thorough estimate and followed through on all points in a perfect manner and cleaned up everything.

Loved the fact that they produced everything we agreed to.

ProFormance Roofing was amazing from the beginning to the end of our roof replacement. Tim came out to our home to do an estimate and was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. The crew that showed up to install our roof was incredibly efficient and very thorough. The crew was made up of a relatively large group of installers who clearly knew what they were doing and did a beautiful job. The cleanup was very thorough over both days of installation. We have a large and very steep multilevel roof which is very challenging to cover. It looks beautiful! We couldn't be happier with our choice. We highly recommend ProFormance Roofing without reservation.

Cuality, good finishing product, quit job.

After contacting Home Advisors I met with 3 roofing companies and was delighted with my choice. Proformance Roofing was at the top of my list and it was exciting to meet with a company that I believed would do a great job. Bruce the account manager was very knowledgeable and gave me much more information than I expected while walking me through the replacement roofing process which made me feel even more comfortable.' The supervisor was present and checked in if I had questions. The staff worked diligently from early morning to dust. Proformance did a thorough cleanup of all debris and nails before they departed the property. I have since received many compliments on the new roof. I am extremely happy with my decision to select Proformance Roofing who did a fantastic job.

I live out of state, these contractors readily provided photos of additional unseen damages in real time so I could approve additional wood repairs. The Job only took one day, they handled permits and cleaned up after. I am happy with the job.

This rating is based on experiences today. I have contacted the contractor to resolve, and will provide a final rating once those issues are addressed.

John explained everything to me and the whole company was professional all the way through the process. I could not have received better service! I would highly recommend Proformance Roofing!
