Professional Pool Solutions

I have had numerous pool companies service my pool. However, they were in consistent and often no shows. David and his technicians are phenomenal. They show up on time, do as they promised. Last year was the first time in years I could use my pool throughout the year. Only after Professional Pool Solutions started providing me pool service. I'm a happy camper :)

No adverse comments at all. I feel I am getting my $ worth and can reply on their recommendations.

We pay $50 per month to have Mr Pierre or his employees come weekly to check the water in our 15'x30' outdoor pool which is screened in.  He has been our service provider for about two and one half years; coming every week except, of course, when it is raining.  Our water has been of pristine clarity since he began checking our water chemicals.  We have a mechanical cleaner which we run for a few hours a day and when it stopped working, he fixed it at less than 1/4 of the price we paid for it several years ago.
 He or his employee comes each week, checks the water and if there is a discrepancy or whatever, they leave a note in explanation.    He answers the phone and calls you right back.  We have not had the need to call him except to ask him to change the pump piping configuration to something more understandable (for us), replace the original pump after it had burned out (after about 15 years) and changed out the pump kettle top and filter baskets.  All of this work over the past two years has been totally professional, competent and reasonably priced.  We originally learned of PPS (Pierre Pool Services) via Leslies Pools on N. Dale Mabry in Carrollwood who referred us to him. He is still being recommended by Leslie's Pools and we certainly know the reasons why (as stated above).  The reason for this recommendation of his services is because I spoke with one of his employees today and mentioned that I was very pleased with the way things are going with the pool and that I decided to write to Angies list to compliment PPS.  I was not asked to do so, I volunteered to recommend him.  
My recommendation for his services is as stated above. I take pleasure in referring his services to others who might want the same pool treatment services which he provides.
