+ -1 moreI answered a full page ad for this mortgage company and called for information. I left a message and immediately received a callback. The individual I spoke to was so rude and condescending. I guess he doesn't realize that most people are not experts in mortgage lending. On top of his rude and pompous attitude, he had the nerve to express his personal political views which I found extremely offensive. When I told him that I would call back, he hung up on me....
