PRO MOWER PARTS

In August 2022 it was recommended to me, by a professional lawn care provider, to purchase the Tru-Cut 27” Reel Mower with the 5.5HP engine. Unfortunately, at the time the company Tru-Cut out of California had sold its business to a company in Indiana, minus the human technical expertise! After checking with several different companies, that same professional lawn care provider suggested I contact ProMowerParts of Tampa, FL. I was fortunate enough to initially talk with Mr. Mark Southall of ProMowerParts in Tampa. Mr. Southall was “in-the-know” as it were about the status of Tru-Cut and that at the time of my request for the C-27 Model it was not available and in August it was unknown when it would be available. Mr. Southall did offer an alternative but given my research and input from a professional lawn care individual, I opted to buy a rotary mower until Mr. Southall could provide a Tru-Cut. Mr. Southall from August until four days ago kept me in the loop as to the progress and/or lack of progress of the new company who was in the process of building the new line of Tru-Cut Reel Mowers. Much to my surprise, Mr. Southall left a message last Friday on my home phone that he had received four new Tru-Cut C-27’s and asked if I still wanted one. I did not get the message until Sunday, I called Mr. Southall on Monday and on Tuesday, Mr. Southall delieverd my newly assembled C-27. Mr. Southall, per my request, walked my entire yard to determine if there were any areas of concern given how the mower operates. Mr. Southall then gave me a complete overview of the machine sitting in my garage. After that educational experience he recommended we “test drive” the C-27 and try just a little cutting. As a teenage owner of a mowing business back in the late 1960’s this machine and its capabilities are fantastic. As an operator, you must be totally aware at all times; however, if used as designed and used with care we anticipate having the best-looking lawn in our neighborhood – and that was not the goal, the goal was simply to have a well-groomed lawn – this machine will do just that. What is even more impressive is the fact that Mr. Southall delivered the machine, provided a detailed education on the machine, ensure I knew, without a doubt the safety considerations on using the machine, and offered at a very reasonable rate, a yearly preventative maintenance program for the machine coupled with any questions that may arise in using the machine or any issues with the machine, to contact him directly. The recommendation by the lawn care professional to contact the local distributor of Tru-Cut Reel Mowers, ProMowerParts of Tampa, turned out to be “Spot On!” in every respect!
