Pro Mover's Express

Cons: 75% of the team didn't ware face masks in the middle of a pandemic even after I requested they do, they were three hours late, they brought too small of a truck and as a result had to make two trips (they didn’t charge me for the extra 30 minutes it took for the second trip), the two man crew consisted of one very inexperienced mover who dropped/knocked over several of my items, the experience mover also crashed into an exit sign with my items and injured himself several times on the job. As the inexperienced mover was unable to work due to his injury they had to send two additional movers to help. Several pieces of furniture were scratched, they didn’t clean up any of the dirt they tracked in (there was a lot), they almost did not take my 2 TVs and indicated that their policy is that all TVs have a box to be moved (this was not told to me when I spoke to their phone representative for a quote). I have moved a lot in my life and this is by far one of the worst moving companies I’ve ever utilized. I would not recommend them.

These 3 guys were the best movers I had...excellent and didn't break anything...the best, I highly recommend them...
