Pro Flowers.com

I just got off the Internet after placing my order and I am very unhappy! It seems Proflowers.com has set up their payment by credit card so that you do not see the order or the amount until after you put in all of your credit card information and confirm your order. Then you see that you just spent $99.00. I didn't notice that a vase for $9.99 was added or an additional $12.00 for shipping or the tax because although they say you can verify the final amount before being billed, that did not happen. When I saw that it was $99.00 after entering my cc info, I wanted to cancel. The only option was to confirm order and proceed. There was no option to cancel so I don't know why they even ask you to confirm since there is no way out. I should have backed out but I figured a professional company would have a cancel order option while showing you the final price. I bet the flowers are beautiful but had I known I would spend $99 for tulips I would have gone to a local store and bought red roses. I feel cheated! I will never use Proflowers.com again. It's a sucker site and made a sucker out of me.
