She never wasted my time showing me properties I wasn't interested in and had all the information about the houses before we walked in the door. She also inspected each home like SHE was the one who was going to purchase it - including finding evidence of termites in one of the homes (which I had completely missed) and recommending against a couple of properties because she knew the neighborhood would not be right for me. She was in constant communication with me and followed up with the various entities involved in my home purchase - including the home inspector, insurance company, bank etc. - every step of the way. She answered calls any time of the day and handled all issues immediately.
