 + -1 morePHIL SEEMS TO REALLY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND WAS VERY COURTEOUS. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK AFTER IT WAS ALL COMPLETED WAS VERY GOOD, AND HE WAS CONSCIENTOUS ABOUT CLEANING UP, REPLACING THE POOL FENCE, ETC. HE WAS ALSO VERY COOPERATIVE AND FAIR WHEN I CHANGED COLORS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE JOB. HE HAS A DIFFICULT TIME KEEPING RELIABLE HELPERS, AND FOR ONE REASON OR ANOTHER (ILLNESS, PERSONAL EMERGENCIES, RAIN, WIND, ETC) DOESN'T QUITE SHOW UP AS EXPECTED. I THINK HE TRIES TO GET AWAY WITH ONE COAT OF PAINT WHERE TWO ARE NEEDED.
