The service went great. They were very responsive and easy to reach. They were able to get out to me in about 10-15 minutes. The technician was pleasant and knew right away what was wrong. Their pricing was reasonable and he did the job correctly. I would use them again.

Last week I called and I asked about how much it would cost to unlock a door. I explained it was a single bolt lock and Gene quoted $75 very quickly without asking any additional questions. Other companies I called asked more questions. I decided to use Pop a Lock because of the price. When I made the payment he added additional charges besides and it totaled to $100. When I asked about the extra charges, he asked did I want him to remove the lock. He offered to take care of me the next time if I should call again. A few days later, I called him back to have the door re-keyed. He clearly explained he would re-key the door and he would give me a call. I have tried calling him 3 times and he never responded.
