swimming pools
+ -1 moreLousy. The guy is here 10 minutes and yet when I go check an hour after he leaves, the pool is not clean (there are pine needles, misc. stuff at the bottom of the pool. Last month, guy claimed to have cleaned our pool but did not. It was pouring rain. He sat in the truck for about 15 minutes then left, yet we were billed. And then when you call this business you can't get a human being. Right now I've been on hold for 20 minutes - no option to leave a message and have them call back. I'm done.
