Debbie is not just a mortgage broker, she is personally a mortgage banker (she is not to be compared to others from her company) and has access to some really creative strategies. She is careful about the types of loans she suggests and steers her clients away from the riskiest ones. She definitely thinks outside the box. Many investors and those without perfect credit use her successfully.
