Was quoted price approx $120. Told to let me know if it would be more than that. My bill in the mail later that week was for $240 Not what was expected! The total time spent on service call was less than 1 hour. Strongly rec. get the estimate in writing service man was very polite,prompt and did good work......but the overall cost was more than expected.

They were professional and responsive. There were some scheduling issues but they got them resolved. They took care of my pool in order for some family members to come down and see. They made sure that it was fixed. I would consider using their services in the future too without a doubt.

Great. Read an article in a magazine on the benefits of Saline pools vs. Chlorine. Went to Pinch-A-Penny and spoke with John. He answered all our questions. Scheduled an install with the week and paid for it 2 weeks later. I love our Saline pool, a huge difference. Glad we made the switch. Although, I don't need them to clean the pool now because the saline pool requires much less work. We've never owned a pool before and John is always happy & ready to send someone to show us how to clean the filters, work the pump if not working, etc. Anything!
