I brought a sample in to be tested, they tested it. They gave me a full detailed report of my chemical levels, then recommended the chemicals needed to balance the pool. I used their recommendations and within a few days I had a beautiful clear pool.

I had a piece of equipment replaced, and then it wasn't working very well, so they sent their best technician over, and he figured out how to make the spa and the pool and the motor run effectively. It was very good. They did not charge me for his diagnostics or for fixing the problem but charged me just for the parts that I had to buy, which was more than fair. The technician was excellent and really knew what he was doing. I was really happy with the whole situation. I could have ended up with something that did not work as well as it had before, but they got it working better. I have used them for years and would use them again in the future.

Their prices seem reasonable to me. They are very good. We've had motors repaired there. Their service is always good and they know what they are talking about. They are very dependable. They have a repair shop there and everything that's why I use them.
