 + -1 moreAgain they showed up with one specialist man and two young men to crawl through the attics and the roof top and take pictures. Hia feedback was based on this. I intially was impressed with pictures and the (Pillar to Post book) which is the only positive thing 80k in repairs they have to offer. After finding wiring, pool, air-conditioning, roofing, split in garage roof, and most of all a recently repaired and painted master bathroom wall that crumbled within two months of purchasing the home.i. This was not reported and will cost us another 20k on top of the 8ok and still counting. We were never advised to take extra insurance coverage on the report for warranty purposes. Wonder why? i did contact the inspection person on two occasion with just a passive response.
Description of Work: He supposedly was the best in his field recommended by the agency. He might have been 20 years ago but he came with a camera and two young guys who crawled through all the places you really need a specialist to see and just did his judgement on photos. We are one year later in the house we bought with $80,000.00 in repairs not counting the additional 10 to 20k that may be needed to fix a crumbling wall that had a roof leak, repaired and hidden from our report.
