Do not use these guys. Work is ok but they do not show up and come up with creative excuses. They are not worth the hassel. We are still waiting for them to finish job after 6 months.

"The work that was contracted was 100% done and on time. The only thing not done was the "Free" sealing of the existing outside sidewalks. I am sorry that the homeowner has decided to not contact me personally. I can assure you that one phone call would have made for a different story."

AWFUL!!!!  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!! there were huge delays, the head guy/owner never came to site despite numerous phone calls and text messages and when he did was late so we had to wait around all day, never cleaned up dust all throughout the back of house, left several huge garbage bags of concrete, dust, and garbage and never came to back to haul them away like he said he would plus it took almost two whole months for him to do the salt water conversion which was already paid for and blamed his son "He's not picking up his cell phone."

"I was at that job everyday and we cleaned up at the end. The shocking and scary part was the 2000 venomous spiders and the hundreds of Madagascar hissing cockroaches the owners raise and the 2 crackheads they were allowing to live there. That was the most difficult part of the job, because no one wanted to be around such horrendous conditions and I am leaving out the real ugly parts. The list of change orders was off the chart. 10 in all. Very high maintenance. If you are a contractor, run from this guy."

I explained the details of my experience in the wrong section but all in all, the experience was terrible and I am thankful i didn't give this man my hard earned money. Chris Zowarki is beyond disrespectful, unprofessional and unreliable. I definitely do NOT recommend his services.

"This homeowner never received a lien notice. That is an outright lie and further demonstrates the level of falsehood this guy lives with. This was a "Change Order" nightmare and caused the cost of the construction to skyrocket. We lost thousands of dollars and lot's of sleep on this one. Again I'm sorry that the homeowner feels this way and if you are a contractor stay away from this one. Expensive tastes and loves to get it for free. Enough said."

His service was unpeckable, he cleaned up after himself. I even gave him use to a bathroom, which lead out to our pool. what he does, is drain the pool, then he grinds any inperfections, then does an acid wash. once he is done with that part, he has guys that come in and pours the cement. Chris uses some kind of crystal type glitter, he even rebuilt the whole systems water working area. makes it simple. after all said and done, our pool is a pretty blue, as the sky. if you go with chris you won't be disappointed.
