Description of Work: They stood me up 5 times. They dont return phone calls. The owner called once to make an excuse for the receptionist, made another appointment. That one was missed and again no phone and/or return call.

Description of Work: They tented for termites, lots of problems, there was a big hole in the tent while the gas was put in, also, I wasn't told when it was safe to enter my home. There was no communication with us at any time. They didn't even send a bill for one year,
