Outstanding customer service! My entire house was treated for drywood termites. They were on time and very thorough with their treatment. They educated us on the various treatments in the industry including their products. The treatment was a no tent process which is what we were looking for. The price was fair for the labor involved and would be effective for a longer period of time compared to others.

Excellent company to choose for pest control. I initially contacted pest eliminators after requesting a quote on their website. Conrad the owner called me and talked to me in length about the problems i was having with ghost ants and carpenter ants in my garage as well as my shed and house. I had another company for several years but was not satisfied with their service since they could never get rid of the ants . I set up an appt for inspection and Anthony came out and did the inspection, he was great and found the problem, and found i had dry-wood termites in my garage and shed. I set up an appt for treatment and Anthony and the owner Conrad came out and treated my house for pest control , termite treatment and they were so thorough . I never had a pest control company treat me house and My Shed like this company did. Conrad the owner found out where the carpenter ants were coming from especially in my shed. The whole experience was excellent. Not only is this company very professional and knowledgeable, but they use organic products that are safe for both myself and my animals. Conrad and Anthony are so professional but also so friendly and easy to work with. I am so glad i made the switch from my last pest control company and look forward to a long relationship with pest eliminators as my year round pest control.

We've used the service from time we bought our house in 2013 and it has been very good ever since.  The fee we pay is about  $320 for the year and for that cost they treat the outside of the house once a quarter and the inside of the house once a year but will come for any special circumstances you have.  We've had them come a few times to clear away the bugs that make the mud huts on the side of our house and we even called for a small termite issue.  We had to pay extra for the termite treatment but I feel it was worth it.  We had one room where they found termite feces but no other signs of termites any where else so they did a treatment behind the walls of that one room and we have not had any sightings since.   I think the main reason I decided to write this review is that I didn't end up renewing our annual contract right away this year and let it lapse for a couple of months and I promise you my husband and I saw a difference in insects and such around the property in that time.  I have since renewed my contract again and don't intend to let it lapse again.  Finally, I like that they have an organic treatment since spraying/spreading chemicals where my three dogs roam inside & outside is a concern to me.  I would definitely recommend this company.

Good, got the rat from my attic but $500 for a rat maybe kinda expensive.

I use PE for several properties and have been pleased with their attention to detail as well as their pledge to use natural, non-chemical materials.  Alan had been out to check on the noises we had heard in the attic, which turned out to be an opossum.  He could see him but not reach him.  Traps were set, with an effort to catch not kill the animal.  Unfortunately the animal evaded the trap, which had to be repositioned.
Given that the company had looked at all entry points, we were perplexed how he got into the house.  I was reassured by Alan and the owner's explanation about how this could happen and the need to follow up given that urine remains for as long as two years and will lead other animals back to the house.  So I have been happy with the renewal of my contract for rodent eradication and expect it to be resolved soon.
I use this company for several other properties and suggested them for my neighbor's vacation rental as well.  They are very responsive and courteous and I appreciate their help.

They made appointment for an estimate the same day I called, a Tuesday for that next Friday. Once I had gotten a couple of other quotes from other Angie's list pest companies I decided on Pest Eliminators because they seemed like they offered the most comprehensive treatment plan with long lasting protection at a fair price. We set up a day for the work just  a few days out and they showed up as promised and did all that we agreed on. Treated the entire house, (wood frame) in every wall cavity, (between all the wall studs) sprayed the attic rafters and underside of roof, and under the house in the crawl spaces, plus treated the walls and ceilings of two detached garages. They cleaned as they went and did a great job.  I am completely satisfied.

The company is extremely well ran, punctual and professional, for this it is not the cheapest option.  However, if you want to rid your home of any creepy crawly things, without all the chemicals, they are the only option.  The manager, Pollo, is very friendly and knowledgeable.  I moved into a home that had dead roaches EVERYWHERE, but a few weeks after the first treatment, there was a substantial reduction in roaches.  Rarely did we ever see a live roach, but if we did I called Pollo and they would come out and retreat the entire area the roach was found. After a few months, no roaches (dead or alive) were found, SUCCESS!  Their treatment method is ingenious and completely environmentally friendly, you no longer need to move your pets and kids out while the treat!  I made the mistake of using one of the other pest companies before Pest Eliminators, they brought their big spray cans in with toxic chemicals and sprayed EVERYTHING, and that still didn't last more that a few months.  I will only use Pest Eliminators from now on.  Learn from my mistake!

They have always been good with the service.  The materials will not harm my animals.  The bugs have stayed away except due to all the rain, the ants have been coming in.  I paid for their service so they will come on demand if necessary.  that is a plus.  I would recommend their service.  The staff is very professional.

Offers indoor and outdoor bug service, among other things. We just moved into a new home that we well-maintained. Noticed a few smaller roaches and bought the Groupon. From there, we order the year-long service and just recently renewed for another year. They are punctual and pleasant, and they come on a regular basis without us needing to contact them. It's expensive about $330 per year, but it's a great choice!
