Dar came out early the next day and resealed my roof for me (one of my three options) and at the same time, looked for any nails or other areas that might need to be sealed. He was very personable and I felt very confident in his work. I will definitely be calling him in 3 or so years when I need to have the roof replaced!

Mr. Perez was responsive and came out same day to do the estimate. We agreed on the price and scope of the repair and he promptly came back at 9AM the next morning and completed the repairs. I will use them again in the future for roofing repairs or replacement.

Fantastic job! Dar and his crew were friendly and professional. Called for an estimate on a Monday and Dar came out that same day and by the end of the day had sent us a quote. Upon approval, the work was scheduled for that Saturday. Crew arrived on time and completed the job by the end of the day. There was no mess left behind and the job was well done. We are very pleased with every aspect of their workmanship. I would definitely recommend Perez Roofing and will call them with any future roofing needs.

Dar was very professional and found the leak within a 30 min initial visit using creative troubleshooting (it was dry that day)  He immediately brought a crew out the next morning and they finished the patch job before I knew they started.  He acted with competence and urgency and flxed the issue the first time.  
this portion is about the OTHER roofer.  To help set this story let me tell you the horror that preceded it: The roofer who installed the flatroof and main roof on our house came out to fix it to fulfill an addendum we put out on the contract that included this repair.  He patched something but it wasn't the hole.  The roof was under warranty and he guaranteed it.  When we called him again during the rainy Florida summer it took him two weeks to come back out.  He applied roof cement to another area of the roof and left.  Again, wrong spot, roof still leaked.  After several other calls that were unreturned and went to voicemail we gave up 

and I found Dar through a friend at work.  Great find!  Am so glad I called.  If you're going to give up on a warranty covered repair then getting someone efficient, competent and fair is well worth it.  Thank you Perez roofing.
