No late appointments, never actually saw the doctor. Nurse practitioner was very friendly though. Sometimes longer wait at the office. Staff ok.

The doctor (or nurse practitioner for established patients) interviews the patient to determine any issues that need to be addressed. Then she performs a short, simple neurological exam. The nurse practitioner is very friendly and listens well. The office maintains good communication with our regular pediatrician as well. We had no new issues so she wrote out her prescription for medication and we checked out at the desk. The ladies at the desk are personable and professional, making check-out easy and quick. The only issues we have are that they are a very busy practice and are sometimes difficult to schedule and the wait time can be long in the waiting room. Also, due to the type of medication we use, it can be complicated getting the prescriptions from the office which is not really their fault. It is due to regulations and we live rather far away.
