 + -1 moreOutstanding! Paula is the housecleaner we have been looking for. She didn't come in with a pre-conceived plan that we had to take or leave, or show up with an army of cleaners - she listened to what we wanted done and she did it in a superior way. We also love Paula - she is a great hardworking American. Right now we use her services once-a-month, but because she's so flexible, we know we can adjust in the future to meet our needs.
Description of Work: Cleaned three bathrooms, master bedroom, kitchen and kitchen dining area, two hallways, dining room and living room.

Description of Work: She cleaned my house so well - a deep cleaning, which was really essential since we were having out-of-town company and I have two cats, one of them long-haired. She is so professional, so pleasant and works so quickly and efficiently. I recommend her highl, and I will continue to use her.

 + -1 moreI called Paula to talk about cleaning my house, but didn't leave a message when she didn't answer. Paula called me within the hour. We talked about cleaning my house. Paula said she was driving in her car and didn't know if she had room for me on her calendar and would call me when she got home to let me know. Within that hour she called back to let me know she did not have room for me in her calendar.

 + -1 morePaula was great from the moment I called. Very responsive, responsible and made sure that all my needs were met. She checked with me on things she was unsure of. She is very personable, and i like to have a relationship one on one so I can count on her in the future, or when I am not home. Her prices are what I find to be average and because it's her business, she takes pride in her work. I don't find that attitude too often sadly, anymore. I will continue her services and will count on repeated same quality, unlike others who slack off after the first time or 2. Definitely recommend, although I am not sure she has time anymore.

 + -1 morePaula is punctual, reliable, and friendly. She takes special care with our wood floors, antiques, and oriental rugs and always notifies us of any potential problems that she notices. We have used other services in the past and Paula is by far the best. She works alone so one never has to worry about sub-contractors in the home.
Description of Work: Paula comes every two weeks and does a marvelous job cleaning our old (1926) home and has done so for the last year.

 + -1 morePaula came to clean for us once, was very thorough, although only got to 1/2 of the house. My previous service took the same amount of time but got through the whole house. I'm assuming this is because she really concentrates on one area at a time and didn't get to several other areas of house with time allotted. Said she would like to clean for us again. When I talked to her today she said she couldn't clean because she had recent health issues, but I think she is still cleaning for others. Sounds like she is not taking any new customers.

Description of Work: After having several cleaning people who did not work out. I decided to wait until I could spend more time looking and find the right person, but I had a lot going on in the past 3 weeks. I knew I stretched my self too long. I needed a person to come in and help me but of course was skeptical, then I called Paula and we talked on the phone a couple of times, met with her in the afternoon. I told her I needed help, she came on Sunday to make sure all was clean for my Super Bowl event. I only had her clean my dining room, kitchen, and family room. She was very detailed which I like and need. She was upfront about everything, including what she charges per hour. I would hire her, but she didn't have any openings.. I thought Paula was very good at what she did. No complaints, she deserves all the compliments she got on Angie's list. That 's what I love Angie's list because of the reviews

Description of Work: Paula has been cleaning for us for almost 2 years. She has been absolutely fabulous and we'd recommend her to all. She has taken on and met all of our expectations even when outside the normal cleaning scope in some cases. (we're horrible about doing our own laundry and getting it hung and there is almost always a full sink of dishes to be done when she arrives).

Description of Work: We have been working with Paula for months now and she has been the best housekeeper we've had in years. We look forward to the every other week that she comes. We have her for general house cleaning as well as a couple additional miscellaneous things we ask for that make our life easier (like doing the bed linens). I cannot recommend her highly enough.

 + -1 morePaula showed up a little early. She is energetic, friendly, and thorough in her cleaning. She had good ideas for how to organize the things that I have never been able to find a place for. She got along with my pets. They price depends on how many hours she spends cleaning the house. I think she is a good, hard worker and it is well worth the money to have my house looking nice. I not only found someone to clean my house, but I also made a new friend!
Description of Work: Paula cleaned all the rooms I asked her to clean. She dusted the tops of furniture, ceiling fans, organized piles of things, straightened my husband's messy closet, vacuumed and mopped the house, etc. She did everything that needed doing! She brought a lot of cleaning supplies but she used my vacuum so as not to carry things from one person's house to another's. My house looked 100% better when she was finished!

 + -1 moreI have used this housecleaning person for over five years. She is always prompt and on time. She is extremely responsible. She is neat and organized and can always be reached by phone should you need to cancel or make a change in appointment. She does regular house cleaning services but will do special services when requested such as window cleaning. She has never broken anything and she often points out areas that should be attended to such as grouting around the tile or a leaky faucet. She is also very handy with simple home repairs and is willing to incorporate them into her scheduled routine. She has been willing to adjust her schedule to accommodate her client's needs. Her pricing seems quite fair. She meets the client and gives an estimate of the time needed to do the specific type of cleaning required. She charges 20 to 25 dollars an hour based on the type of work required.
Description of Work: The house cleaning services are typical of most maid services -- floors vacuumed and mopped , counter tops cleaned, shelves and bookcases dusted, special attention to kitchens and bathrooms--sinks, ovens, appliances, range-tops cleaned, bathroom toilets, sinks, showers, tubs. She can supply the cleaning equipment but generally uses the cleaning chemicals and equipment that you prefer and supply.
