Paula's Housecleaning

Outstanding! Paula is the housecleaner we have been looking for. She didn't come in with a pre-conceived plan that we had to take or leave, or show up with an army of cleaners - she listened to what we wanted done and she did it in a superior way.  We also love Paula - she is a great hardworking American.  Right now we use her services once-a-month, but because she's so flexible, we know we can adjust in the future to meet our needs.

Paula was great from the moment I called. Very responsive, responsible and made sure that all my needs were met. She checked with me on things she was unsure of. She is very personable, and i like to have a relationship one on one so I can count on her in the future, or when I am not home. Her prices are what I find to be average and because it's her business, she takes pride in her work. I don't find that attitude too often sadly, anymore. I will continue her services and will count on repeated same quality, unlike others who slack off after the first time or 2. Definitely recommend, although I am not sure she has time anymore.

Paula is punctual, reliable, and friendly. She takes special care with our wood floors, antiques, and oriental rugs and always notifies us of any potential problems that she notices. We have used other services in the past and Paula is by far the best. She works alone so one never has to worry about sub-contractors in the home.

Paula came to clean for us once, was very thorough, although only got to 1/2 of the house. My previous service took the same amount of time but got through the whole house. I'm assuming this is because she really concentrates on one area at a time and didn't get to several other areas of house with time allotted. Said she would like to clean for us again. When I talked to her today she said she couldn't clean because she had recent health issues, but I think she is still cleaning for others. Sounds like she is not taking any new customers.

Had a good feeling about Paula she did everything I asked.

Great experience. She was a great communicator. She cleaned things that several others haven't in the past. Lucky to have found her here on Angie's list. She seems to care about the customer and it shows.

Paula showed up a little early. She is energetic, friendly, and thorough in her cleaning. She had good ideas for how to organize the things that I have never been able to find a place for. She got along with my pets. They price depends on how many hours she spends cleaning the house. I think she is a good, hard worker and it is well worth the money to have my house looking nice. I not only found someone to clean my house, but I also made a new friend!

I have used this housecleaning person for over five years. She is always prompt and on time. She is extremely responsible. She is neat and organized and can always be reached by phone should you need to cancel or make a change in appointment. She does regular house cleaning services but will do special services when requested such as window cleaning. She has never broken anything and she often points out areas that should be attended to such as grouting around the tile or a leaky faucet. She is also very handy with simple home repairs and is willing to incorporate them into her scheduled routine. She has been willing to adjust her schedule to accommodate her client's needs. Her pricing seems quite fair. She meets the client and gives an estimate of the time needed to do the specific type of cleaning required. She charges 20 to 25 dollars an hour based on the type of work required.
