James G. was on the way within 2 hours of calling the office. He located the failed capacitor (power surge cause failure), replaced it, and we soon felt cool air again. Thanks to James and Sarah (scheduler). They have always been the best! Their courtesy and results cannot be matched.

During a bathroom remodel they added an exhaust fan. That part of the project went well. I also wanted a new circuit added to replace the gas dryer with an electrical one. The electrician said there weren't enough vacant circuits. He pointed out that there was one blank and one would be freed when removing gas dryer. He agreed. He installed a plug which turned out to be for stove not a dryer. I found out when new dryer was delivered and couldn't be installed. The electrician returned and replaced but it took a few days. The hook up (a special flat vent) had to be installed by us (it was a difficult task).

I was initially pleased to have the problems fixed but they just kept coming up. One time the repairman left and within 30 minutes the unit wasn't working again. Upon returning he diagnosed another problem so we had two bills on the same day. It just didn't seem the person sent was doing a thorough job.

AWFUL. THEY CAME OUT SEVERAL TIMES. THE FREEZER STILL DOES NOT WORK. IT IS IN MUCH WORSE SHAPE THAN WHEN THEY STARTED.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE EVERYTHING: RON GORDON IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. HE PUT MY MIND AT EASE THAT THE JOB WOULD BE COMPLETED ON TIME AND WELL.
