Horrible experience! They charge $150 delivery fee even for one small item. I was charged $300 for the delivery & placement of a rug in my home, and the guys cut the felt rug pad unevenly with a pair of scissors and placed the rug unevenly. If you use them, measure everything for yourself and do not let them talk you into "trusting" their expertise. Most of the merchandise was ordered from Wayfair and I was charged shipping fees even though Wayfair does not have shipping fees. I could go on and on and on, but am trying to forget about this horrible experience.
