We were having difficulty finding tables and chairs for our condo balcony until we visited Palm Casual Patio Furniture in Tampa. Christa helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable and courteous. Delivery was on time with no issues and we would not hesitate to work with them again.

Rita was our sales person, she was phenomenal. Treated us like family, was very patient with us as we picked out the furniture and fabric for the cushions. She guided us in making our selections and we are extremely happy with our choices. Steve played a key role in providing a quick and suitable delivery. The new furniture looks phenomenal We can’t stop admiring the new furniture as it looks amazing on the patio! They go above and beyond to try and accommodate every circumstance. We were treated like family and I would recommend this business to any of my family and friends. We will definitely go back!

For almost once, our experience with a Florida company was OUTSTANDING! We're from NYC and we expect good service and a good product. What we received was EXCELLENT service and an EXCELLENT product. Steve and the entire staff at Palm Casual were amazing!! I would highly recommend those with taste and class get their outdoor furniture from Palm Casual. They were amazing on every level. Communication, on-time service, proactively checking to make sure everything went well and was as expected. Every company in Florida should have to visit Palm Casual to learn how an excellent product paired with excellent customer service is done. I say again, you don't have to just deal with Steve, anyone at the store will be amazingly helpful. We will never go or recommend anyplace else to our friends for outdoor furniture.

We needed to purchase a chaise lounger for our lanai and returned to Palm Casual where we had purchased our first lanai furniture last year. Steve is so nice to work with and with his help once again we chose a chaise and a coordinating fabric to match our other furniture previously purchased. What makes it easier to pick out just the right fabric (since there are so many choices) is that Steve has many samples in his back warehouse which he can show you to help you make the right choice. He said we would have the chaise in one week and sure enough one week to the day our new chaise was delivered and exactly at the time it was scheduled. You just can't ask for better customer service! And you don't have to wait weeks or months for your furniture to come in!

we purchased a glider, sofa and table from Palm Casual last fall - it was delivered on time - we were very happy with the furniture. This spring we noticed one of the legs were worn down causing scratching of the pavers - when we called Steve he had two new adjusters delivered that same day.

They went above and beyond in their customer service and we truly appreciate what they did!

It was the best experience I have had at choosing furniture. We overestimated the amount we needed and we were able to return the unneeded furniture for a full-refund. Steve and Lauri were always helpful, friendly and profession even during the return process. I would recommend them to anyone looking for outdoor furniture.

The first time we went into Palm Casual we were greeted by Steve who was very nice and friendly. He showed us all the patio sets we could choose from and once we decided on what we wanted he helped us to make the right decision as far as the type of fabric we should choose. He was very honest in explaining to us what fabrics would work best and the reasons some cost alot more than others. He even let us borrow one of his fabric books to bring home to see how the fabrics really looked on our lanai which was very helpful. It took only 2 weeks for our furniture to come in and be delivered. All our furniture looks great and is so comfortable. We really enjoyed working with Steve and will definitely return to Palm Casual if we need to look for more lanai furniture.
