Osmany'S Granite & Stone Inc.

Showed up 4 hours late with no apologies Did not measure correctly. Seems show around sink. Poor quality work. Would not hire again

Dennis was very professional, came out twice because we changed where we wanted our granite to go, our install date is TBD within weeks, I will let you know how that goes. 8/5/16 - took 4 hours for total install (we did backsplash too) They were very professional and I would recommend to all , infact my neighbor will be calling them for her bathrooms.

This is a family operation, Osmary patiently walked us through the different granite slabs available on several different occasions.

We were back and forth on several times to try to decide on which particular slab to use. Osmary was never impatient and always helpful with suggestions and pricing for the various options. Once my wife & I decided on the slab we wanted, the rest was painless.

Osmary also got us a good deal on the new cabinets that I was installing myself. Once all the choices of granite and cabinets were resolved and chosen as well as the type edge we wanted, the fabrication and installation was completed in one day actually in less than a day and the work was completed by the owner Osmany. They were an absolute pleasure to work with through the entire process. Many of the larger (not all) but enough seemed somewhat disinterested when you told them you were only doing a master bath of 33 square feet of granite.

Our only regret is that we didn't know about Osmany's Granite & Stone when we did the kitchen counters.

Basically everything went wrong. First there are two sink and faucets in my vanity, they drilled the whole for one offset to the left where it was supposed to me. On the other side they drilled it to the right. That caused me to have to turn my sink around so that my sinks were not symmetrical. The shower stall is a little over two feet off. The rest of the granite seal slab in the glass wall. The top is polished properly. When they were going to install the section of it that goes into the top of the shower glass wall, they flipped it upside down. They were also supposed to polish the top section. I did not realize that until it was mortared in and could not be fixed. The pieces overlap when they should have been shaved down. To make the ceiling match I had to order another piece of granite to stick in the gap They lied to the contractor about what they were doing. I also ordered after that two small pieces. I had some more pieces of granite to go on my step wall. The first piece matches the vanity countertop, the second piece is entirely different. The one that does not match also is not polished. Three of the sides have fairly sharp edges. My contractor had to wait for two hours for Osmany. They did not tell him it was not going to be ready for two days. They wasted his gasoline and time. When it was "ready" it was not ready. I indicated that my contractor should not have accepted it. I ended up hiring my neighbor to finish the job. It would have been fine if they informed me it would have taken more time. It was a communication fiasco. They were just malicious lazy, incompetent, I cannot think  of enough bad words.
