I was having a party and my floors were in terrible condition. The grout had never been cleaned thoroughly. I needed help. My friend recommended this company. I called and got an immediate response from the owner (Chris), and an appointment with them right away. He was on time, even called to let me know he was on the way. He examined the work needed, and gave great suggestions. He showed me samples, and showed before and after pictures of his previous jobs. He cleaned and sealed a sample section of my floor, left samples of grout colors and advised I call him whenever I had made a decision. No pressure. Overall I loved the outcome! My floors never looked better.
