Since we were transferring to Tampa on military orders, we were greatly constraint by time. I had briefly worked with two other agents, with which I did not feel comfortable. I found Oscar frankness ("This house is overpriced") refreshing. In addition he was not pushy. When asked, he will offer his opinion but will not press for quick offers. He will always do his homework when arranging tours. He would contact the seller's agent and get a wealth of background information on the house condition and the sale situation. He was quick to respond to calls/emails and flexible in scheduling appointments.Another plus was that he set us up with an account on listing book which I found to be the most accurate and update site for real state information.In all it was truly a plasure to work with him. His expertise and advise are a MUST in this unsettled market
