We have coverage for pretty much everything in this house right now and everything is as separate contract. It is pretty much a rip off and I am trying to get out of it. There is an annual fee and then a monthly fee. They treat for termites as well as normal pests. There have been so many technicians. I had one guy that I constantly had and then they got rid of him. So I have had a different one every single time and different stories so I don't really trust any of them. I stopped needing them to come into the house unless I see something because they are never on time. We had special subterranean pods put in with them so I kind of feel like I am locked in with them. They told me they put down 19 pods but they only put down 10. I have a hard time trusting them at this point.

We got the quote and he almost doubled the amount that he was going to charge us, not only for the initial treatment, but also for the monthly treatment. He quoted $134 for initial treatment, but wanted to charge us $200 and monthly treatment was quoted as $75, but he wanted to charge us $100. We were not pleased. We canceled it even before we started. They were very responsive.

We had one situation where I had some little tiny bugs and they came out and did extra service which they don't charge for. I like that I can call them and say I have some bugs and they will come out the next day and sometimes the same day.
They are very pleasant to deal with.

I have always been very satisfied with their service. They are smart about anticipating the kind of bugs depending on weather conditions. They also do different things depending on specific situations you might have.
