We did business with this company for several years. They were always on time and acted in a very professional manner. We never had a major bug problem while they serviced our home, but the one or two times that we did notice some bugs between services they responded quickly and addressed the problem. There price seemed to be in line with what other providers were asking.

They are good. We have signed up with a contract with them. They are really professional. Honestly, we do not even notice that they come here except for the little sign they put out outside. We heard about them when I saw a sign on a neighbor's lawn. So, that encouraged me to look them up.

The salesman didn't have any product information with him, just a sample, and had no copies of the warranty at the time but insisted that the technician would leave it with me at the time of the installation.The salesman wanted to schedule the job while I was out of town, I said NO. The salesman showed up as scheduled, instead of the installation technician. He had his own ladder, but used my leafblower to blow the leaves all over my yard off the roof and from the gutters. He installed the product and left. He didn't clean up the mess he made, and he didn't provide me with the warranty or product information. He said he would mail them. That promise took place the first week of May. I called him several times, left a message. After a month of false promises I finally called his boss at the office on Hercules. Then he called me and confirmed that the documents would be in the mail. They never arrived. It's very hard to file a complaint with Residential Orkin. The company is primarily Commercial. I went online for hours and finally tracked down an online online complaint site. I sent in my complaint online 3 months ago- no reply. Since there is no National Orkin Residential Company Headquarters, it seems pointless to continue doing business with them. They seem to have reduced staff significantly in this area.

We had swarming termites in our house. We had to have the whole house treated by Orkin. They were very professional. We had to have 1/3 insulation sucked out of our attic and the preventive treatment sprayed,, then another 1/3 new insulation put back into the attic. Orkin was great. We now have a lifetime warranty against future termites

I used Orkin for a few months after they bought out our local exterminator. I was not impressed with their service at all. I had call several times to get someone to come out and service our house. Every time I called, the computer could not find my phone number in their system and this never got fixed. We never received any information from the company on costs, fees, or when someone was coming out, etc. Finally, Orkin does not have a way to make payments online or review account information which I find very inconvenient in this day and age where pretty much every type of company has a way to online payments. I would not use Orkin again.

Ismet, the gentlemen who comes to my home, is always very pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend him.

The overall experience was great. Their price is very reasonable and the quality of service is excellent. I would use them again in the future.

They were fine. They were good and I don't recall how much they charged me for their services. They were very professional. The contact guy was great. They did what they were supposed to do I guess and they were good. They were fine. They were right there with everybody else in terms of price. They did a good job. They were very responsive and they were there. They were punctual and professional. They were good. I'm currently using them and I will use them again in the future.

When I first contracted with Orkin, I thought it was quite pricey to charge $375.00 right off the bat just for signing a contract for regular pest control services for two addresses. Then, each quarter the charge is $111.00 for each address. I have had some trouble at one address getting rid of roaches and had to call them about 4 times now to treat the area again. I asked for a termite inspection, and the first guy they sent out made a quick trip through my house and just stuck his head up in the attic and then told me that I didn't have any sign of termites. Several months later, after finding a soft area in the wall above a baseboard, that I could almost put my finger through, I called them again for another inspection for termites and thankfully, they sent out someone else who was very good at his job and noticed right away that the baseboard damage was from termites. He also went up in the attic and this time walked around it and noticed that on one side there was damage from wood termites. So of course, I signed up for them to treat my house for termites. It was kind of pricey ($1800.00) but it also includes coverage for any reoccurrences over the next 5 years and the guys that came out to do the work seemed like they were very efficient and did it correctly.

They are fine. I would continue to work with them and recommend them to others.

I couldn't believe that three full-sized men could do anything in my attic due to the low hip roof and all of the Central AC equipment up there as well as older blown insulation on my attic floor. It was truly amazing. They worked as a team, on their backs when necessary to get every inch of the inside decking protected with the sheets of insulation. What is even more amazing is the significant reduction in demand on my AC unit. It used to run almost constantly throughout the summer. Progress energy checked for leaks and found none, The blown insulation was also rated as sufficient. Since this new interior roof insulation product was installed my electric consumption was so low that my automatic payment to Progress energy showed a overpayment for actual energy used in May. I like the prolonged quiet in the house when there is no AC running! It was a great investment, and I get a tax credit for 2010 for having this done.

I started using them because there was a termite policy on the house when I bought it ten years ago. They have also treated some other properties of mine for pests. I go to them if I need something done periodically. They have a great attitude and they always do what they say they are going to do. They are fairly priced for what they provide. I have never had a problem with them in ten years.

I have been using them for almost thirteen years. They also come out whenever there is a problem either inside or outside the house and do not charge for those extra visits. I am just kind of with them, there is nothing special. I have had no problems with them.

We have had 3 technicians perform bi-monthly service over the past 7 years, and all have been very professional. They call the evening before a visit and are always punctual. The time we forgot the technician was coming and weren't home, he sprayed the outside and left a note saying he would come back to do the inside if necessary. We called and made an appointment within a few days, and he was prompt and polite about the return visit. We have had very few problems with insects the entire time we've used Orkin, and the few times we have (fire ants, wasps, etc), they have come out an extra time at no charge to treat them.
