Came by checked everything, gave estimate, gave good price and scheduled to come by next day to install. guys were on time the next day worked really hard.They knew what they had to do. They both were experienced and got the job done. I had Ocean Air 18 years ago to install a new unit and never had a single problem . Lilliana came by and I decided to have duct work cleaned. That went great. The guy very knowledgeable and worked hard

It was a great service visit. Another company quoted over $3000 to fix our A/C but this company was able to fix it for much less. We will only use Ocean A/C going forward.

Ocean Air installed the AC unit at the house that I'm renting and the system works phenomenally! I know that my landlord now uses them for all his properties including his own home and I will definitely be using them once I purchase my own home. Ocean did a great job for us. First, Lilliana educated us by clearly explaining the differences in systems so we could make our decision easily. The duct cleaner she arranged for arrived on time, was personable, and did a very thorough job. The installers were also on time, and worked really hard. They were helpful when we had questions, and afterwards we saw they had done excellent work. Lilliana went out of her way to get some extra parts we decided we wanted on that day. During the entire process she kept us updated on everything and was always available immediately by text or phone. Now we have a system we really like, and couldn’t have had a better experience. Recommend them without reservation.

Experience with Ocean Air Conditioning was excellent, they were very knowledgeable and was able to repair my Air conditioning system in a timely manner at a affordable price compare to other quotes that I have received. They responded very quickly to my request for a quote and was able to come to my house and make a assessment of the repair the same day with a price. Very friendly family owned business which made the overall experience very happy personal. I will definitely be contacting them again for future needs.

Ocean Air was extremely helpful, professional, and I highly recommend them. The a/c unit in my home went out, I called Ocean Air, and they arrived at my home the same day. They installed a brand new a/c unit, and gave me an excellent price. I also call on them for routine maintenance, and they are always very friendly, punctual, and professional. Very professional job done. I have terrible allergies so I needed a thorough duct cleaning. They made it pretty easy. Seems like a tough job. Glad they could help me or this would've been a long spring.

Oscar came to inspect my air handler in the attic. He did a great job identifying the problem and fixing it without costing me more than initial diagnostic charge. I trust Oscar with his judgment and appreciate his honesty. I have used Ocean Air service for more than 15 years and I am happy with their work. Once Oscar got into the unit he was able to find where the coils were leaking (even to the untrained eye, the corrosion was obvious) -- I have opted to purchase a new A/C from them rather begin repairing a 12 year old unit (install in 2 weeks). Most importantly, I called at 2 p.m. on a Saturday and Oscar made a special trip to help me out that evening!

This company use to be a good company. A few years back we bought a new 5 ton AC unit and handler from them. Approximately two years later, while under warranty, the unit shut down due to a crack in the copper return line causing all the Freon to leak out. We called them several times to arrange for service but they kept changing the service appointment. Their front office customer service was very rude on the phone. After two days without AC in the middle of the summer we called another company that arrived within an hour. Later, we found out the AC unit was never registered for warranty with the manufacture. During the install, they told us they would take care of the warranty and we also paid for an extended warranty.
