Work done: popcorn ceiling removal and recessed lights installed. The owner is a great salesman and even being more expensive than competitors his professionalism sold me. Unfortunately that’s where it ended. His crew speaks 0 English. They did not clean up as well as I was explained but that’s just the tip. The ceiling after only 4 months is cracking in multiple areas. The recessed lights that were installed (15) were all installed incorrectly. I reached out to the owner (Ozzy) to explain and show photos of the work being done wrong and the only response I got back was “we never installed lights like that before.” All the lights came with instructions and templets which were never even looked at. The owner never even came over to see the job done wrong nor did he offer any corrected measures. Don’t let his professionalism influence your decision.

Ob express remodeling was wonderful to work with, Osvaldo and his partner went above and beyond with the service they did for me. Communication was wonderful, they were exactly on time, skills were exceptional, extremely respectful of the house, clean up everything ,and for their services were priced very very reasonable. Wonderful to workmanship ,and I have already asked them about the next project l would like them to do for me,beyond pleased with this company, great quality, and once outstanding workmanship.
