Owner John and Operations Manager Jason were on top of the irrigation and sod installation planning from start to finish. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly. The new irrigation installation consisted of two zones of spray heads in the front yard and one zone of drip irrigation for the plant and flower beds. The crews arrived on time, worked tirelessly in significant heat, and cleaned up the property when finished. Oasis will be returning this fall to complete the last phase of my planned irrigation installation and sod work. I have been extremely pleased with the results.

I wrote him a check for original service and still had problems with sprinkler afterwards. I called them and they said they would take care for it. they came out, adjusted sprinkler heads, 2 minute deal. Then they me a bill for 78$ even though the original job was under warranty. Threatened with a lieen.

Our irrigation system is working fine. There are no problems. I think they charge $90 for an hour if you do not exceed an hour. I do not know what the charge if you go beyond an hour, but they were here less than that.

Oasis was very responsive on the phone. This is a busy season for irrigation companies and the few I called were not able to schedule me for 2-3 weeks. Oasis came out within the week. Ed, the technician, was prompt, friendly and took the time to explain what was wrong. He quickly repaired the corroded wires. After checking with me, he changed out the sellenoid that was still working but could have gone bad at any time. He then examined all the heads to make sure I was getting the proper water coverage. When I questioned sprinkler one head, he gladly went back and rechecked it.
We have some additional landscaping and irrigation work that needs to be done in the near future. We will definitely be calling OASIS to do that work.

The service tech worked quickly to complete all work as described and communicated with me on several occasions as to the scope of the work to be performed and the condition of my irrigation system. The head replacement was difficult as a massive tree root had grown over the head, cracking it in several spots. One zone was not working and the problem was simply a bad wiring connection. This tells me he was honest because the problem appeared at first to be a bad valve, which is a more expensive repair.

I had to wait to get an appointment because of their backlog, but I can understand why they are in demand. It was necessary to delay the arrival of the technician because another customer had an emergency and Frank, the technician who performed the work, was very near to this customer's location. Frank called me and explained the situation and keep me informed of his expected arrival. When Frank arrived he went straight to work and he was able to diagnose and repair a very old system that had been out of commission for some time (my daughter just bought the home). Frank was diligent, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. When he finished the system was up and running.

Oasis did a beautiful job slicing through the sod just enough to work their reclaim hook up magic. I figured jetting under the driveway would be quite an ordeal, having done so before when replacing a water main, however their team (guided by the owner I might add) made it look easy. After inspection, filled in the holes, minor tweaking and we were ready to go. Will definitely use again for sprinkle as well as landscaping and mosquito services. Cliff and Frank were great on the irrigation side and Stephanie was the wonderfully responsive coordinator of the show.

They were on time, and there was nothing that I disliked about them. The guy who came out was really knowledgeable. I was out there with him, and he talked to me the whole time and told me what he was doing throughout everything. Their price was comparable. I would use them again in the future; in fact, I have kept their business card.

I liked the quality and speed of the installation. They planted some trees, installed grass and lawn irrigation. They did it nicely and professionally. They were not very effective on giving good advice on how to take care of the grass once I installed it. They were pretty responsive and did a great job.

I called Oasis and was able to get service the same day. Tom was my serviceman and he was punctual, polite, and called me on my cell to meet me at my home. I had one area of my lawn and landscaping which was not being watered. Since he noticed I just had extensive resodding and landscaping he went ahead and did a full check on all of my zones and repaired or replaced heads as needed. The time spent and price were very reasonable.

I spoke to John two days ago, and he scheduled someone to arrive today at 9am this morning. Tom came out at 8:30am and started early which was great for me. Before he fixed what I called him out for, he pointed out that water was pooling in the middle of my yard from the main line. The tree trimmers had driven a large truck on my lawn and had cracked the main line. After he dug down and repaired the main line, he then fixed the junction box and valves. When we were testing the zones, he found two additional cracks in the line and fixed them. Tom was fantastic. He worked quickly and was very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this company.

The job was completely wrong after the first visit so a second visit had to be scheduled. On that visit, the technician actually cut a line, causing me to lose a large portion of a zone of my system. This was not evident until another company came out to lay sod and test my irrigation just to make sure that the new sod would be adequately watered. When the situation was explained to the owner of Oasis, he apologized but would not refund any of my money even though his technician had actually created a much bigger problem than the one he resolved. I would not allow anyone from Oasis anywhere near my system again under any circumstances.

IT IS POSSIBLE THAT WE MAY NOT HAVE COMPLETED THE WORK TO HER SATISFACTION. WE WERE WILLING TO ADDRESS ANY ISSUES SHE STILL HAD BUT WERE NEVER GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY; INSTEAD SHE ELECTED TO EMPLOY HER LANDSCAPE COMPANY TO DO HER ADDITIONAL REPAIRS. OUR COMPANY WILL ALWAYS DO WHAT WE CAN TO PLEASE OUR CLIENTS. WE HAVE SERVICED THIS CLIENT SINCE 2002 WITHOUT ANY COMPLAINTS. I DO NOT BELIEVE WE CAUSED A BIGGER PROBLEM AT THIS RESIDENCE. A REFUND WAS NOT OFFERED SINCE WE ONLY CHARGED FOR THE WORK WE HAD COMPLETED. I FEEL WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO REPAIR ANY IRRIGATION ISSUES SHE STILL HAD. WE SERVICE BETWEEN 3000-4000 PER YEAR WITHOUT VERY FEW COMPLAINTS, IF ANY. I REALIZE AS A BUSINESS OWNER THAT WE WILL COME ACROSS SOME CLIENTS THAT WE CANNOT MAKE HAPPY."

Punctual, polite, professional and did a great job. I thought the job would be more involved because of the damage to the pipe from the bobcat, but multiple pipe breaks were repaired and sprinkler heads replaced in a fairly short period of time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
