NuMale Medical Center

I recently had the Neograft hair surgery at the NuMale hair restoration clinic in Tampa Florida and his experience was less than sub-par. Their claim was that his hair would be fully restored yet the outcome after a year was horrific. Mind you, he completed all poet-operative care and directions were followed to a T, including two sessions of painful PRP which did nothing. He developed cobble-stoning on the left front side of his hairline and only about 1/2 of the transplants took, through no fault of his own. This company claims no ownership or responsibility in their shoddy 'medical' work. I use the term 'medical' lightly because there isn't a licensed medical doctor in the place. When we went in for a year consultation we were confronted with a disheveled looking man in a dirty white lab coat. As if a lab coat makes him a medical professional. These people are crooks (we paid $6,000 for this 'treatment') and they refuse to offer any compensation or improvement to the shameful and inferior 'work' that they performed.
