did not go well, tech was NOT happy about working on Labor Day and chastised me for calling him out on a holiday weekend! Said the problem was the tubing that was clogged and blew that out which of course didn't solve the problem. Ended up hiring another company. Will NEVER do business with Nuccio again.

They have always been good but this last time they were not prompt. We are not going to be using this provider again.

The installation crew was professional, helpful and wanted to do things the right way.

They are on an annual maintenance. We haven't had any problems at all. They are wonderful. We've always used them so I've never checked around.

We've never had any problems on any front. We have one guy that comes out on Saturdays.

This is the second time we have used Nuccio and once again they did a great job. They did exactly what they said they would do from the initial quote to the installation. They answered all of our questions and worked with us to determine the best replacement unit. In addition, they filed for the Electric rebate and gave us the completed paperwork needed to just sign and send in for the Gas rebate.

They were introduced to me 25 years ago. It’s a local company here in Tampa. I have a warranty on the A/C, I was only charged for the diagnostic and labor. The A/C had gone out, they charged for that and then just for the labor. The motor and the condenser was shot, but my warranty took care of that. I’ve been dealing with them for almost 25 years. What keeps me going back to them is their responsiveness, they have not disappointment me in the years that they have been servicing my A/C. They don’t sell me unnecessary products. I think, they have been very honest with that they’ve sold me. They could have ripped me off. I have several friends that have dealt with HVAC companies that they are still complaining about them; and I don’t have complaints with this company. I was impressed with the amount of time it took the technician to install the new motor. It took less than 15 minutes. I had to wait on it because I didn’t have any A/C for 2 1/2 days. When he came back with the motor the next day in the afternoon he said, “I will only be out here for maybe 10 minutes!” He was in and out of that unit in probably less than 15 minutes. He really did! I never have to call them back for anything when it comes to clean up. They are very good. That was pretty major for the motor to go out.

Very well, the physical installation was completed in one day, and the follow up to ensure that the systems functioned flawlessly was prompt and efficient. All of their representatives were courteous and professional.

The installation went very smoothly and was completed in one day. The installers (Ariel was the lead installer) were great and Joe Nuccio, Jr. instructed me on the new thermostat which was installed. The Hillsborough County inspector who came a couple of days later to inspect the installation told me that everything was well done and added, "As it always is with this company". My only disappointment was confusion around the TECO rebate. I paid the total amount on the invoice (which included the rebate amount) and was told that the paperwork for the rebate would be submitted by the company. I called the office twice before it was resolved and the company mailed me a check for $135.

We've used them for 20 years. They're very punctual. They're here when they say they're going to be here. They show their ID when they come in, so I know they're really working for that company, and they just do their job.

As always the employee was friendly, professional and efficient.

Nuccio installed a new Carrier A/C in July 2015. It failed in March 2016 (less than one year). A wing nut was installed improperly, and all the refrigerant drained out of the system. This was the most significant of the many, many problems we experienced with Nuccio. After relying on Nuccio for almost 30 years (including installation and service of 2 prior A/C units), we have been very disappointed in both this installation and after-the-sale communication, responsiveness, and professionalism. For example, in order to get an email reply, we called many times and finally sent 2 certified letters to Nuccio (approximately 2 weeks apart) before they responded to us.

Well, we went with another HVAC company since they did not care enough about us to send a tec back to see if they could help us out.  The other HVAC company got us going and we brought a new HVAC from them.  The other company sent out a tec to get us going until they could arrange to have the new system put in.

They're the best we have ever dealt with in 50 years. They are a five star outfit. +AAAAA New Installation was perfect and followup semi annual excellent.
