Nitro Carpet and tile cleaning

I wasn't completely satisfied because I couldn't smell the citus scent from the carpet treatment, the carpet treatment was unscented.

Steve clean my professional office and showed up on time for the estimate, was thoughtful, courteous, thorough and very helpful with locating furniture. Tough stains were removed without a trace! I recommend him highly!

Steve is a responsive guy and comes across as very genuine but unfortunately didn't live up to his referral. He was referred to us from a co worker. We chose him out of 3 options because of his background and overall personality. He cleaned our berber carpets and told us that our furniture would be placed on blocks. Later to find out those blocks were being used at other jobs and opted to put cheap plastic squares sheets which made our furniture legs discolor from the dampness. The trouble areas of our carpet did not come out as we anticipated the 1st time but he came out a 2nd time for another try. Chemical he used on our tile made boot marks which wouldn't come out. The chemical used was so strong that it spilled onto our brick pavers and caused bleach type stains. Price quoted on phone was lower at first than when he came by because of an "expired" promo. I'm only giving him a C because he came back and tried to clean tile again however did not take responsibility for ruined pavers

The services were performed in a quite professional manner. Although I'd scheduled to have the Recliner cleaned, he had no problem when I requested to do the Rug and Easy Chair too if he had the time available. Steve is a Veteran and Owner of a small business which was a large draw for me in the first place, being a Veteran myself. I've recommended him to others as well as a family member, also Military, who needs to have carpet cleaning done in a Townhouse with several levels. Most definitely I would go with this business again for future needs!
