Nick Pinto Door Hanging

The door started leaking every time it rains, which started just a few days after the guy installed the door.   I called him upset about this, and he came out and said he would try to fix it: it didn’t work and kept on leaking.  I bought extra pieces of gutter to keep water farther from the door by myself.  I don’t feel that I should have had to do that.   Now the door won’t lock at all without me physically lifting it up.  I called him to complain.  He told me that he spent enough time trying to help me out, refused to come out to help me, and hung up the phone on me.  The customer service was bad from the beginning, but that seemed very unprofessional.

Extremely poor customer service and willing to do low quality work.

He returns your phone calls. He gives good estimates and he shows up when he says he is going to be there.
