Wonderful!  He found a home that was not yet on market because the seller was waiting to list until they returned from vacation.  I was the first to see it (before it was officially for sale) and got an acceptable offer in under list price, before it was even online for a week.  So happy with my decision here a month in.  Nicholas is very easy to work with, is punctual and returns messages immediately. He even paid for my movers, babysat my dog and planted some tropicals in the yard with the colors of my alma mater!  Go Tigers!

Everything was great, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. My husband and I felt very confident going house hunting with Nick as he showed from the beginning, he has extensive knowledge in the field that expands not only to buying/selling, but construction, market trends, etc. Nick made himself available to us anytime something came up that we wanted to look at. He helped us explore our options with invaluable tips, and his honest opinion. When visiting new home sales offices, we felt very well represented by him, asking questions we would not have thought of, etc. When we found our dream home, Nick was great at negotiating with the seller on our behalf.

Superb, young professional. Well rounded and courteous. Found him online, he picked me up at the Airport, showed me 9 units over 2 days, then dropped me back off to catch my flight. He handled the entire deal while I was out of town, I told him which one to move on and he emailed me the lease, gave instructions for wiring the deposit, so my return visit was a seemless move in, which was ideal. I will be using him again when I purchase a home in the next year or so. Solid guy for sure.

Nicholas was my night in shining armor. I was becoming frustrated with the home search when I ran into him. He was very smart, patient and funny. He was just about always in a good mood and smiling. His help made me feel comfortable purchasing as a single woman. I don't have any family in state, so other than a visit from my dad, Nicholas was the one I trusted to guide me. I am overall pleased with the home purchase. Any issues I have are with the strict HOA, but the home itself was a sound investment. I also think I got a fair deal, the my home is worth more than I paid on the Zillow Zestimate. I would give Nicholas 5 of 5 stars. He helped my boss build a house and she would give him 5 stars too!

Nicholas was extremely responsive, aggressive, and personable? my wife and I liked him from the first time we met him and consider him a friend now.  Between answering questions and providing ideas, he was a very engaged and extremely entertaining.  The process of buying and building this home was drastically different than our first one.  Nicholas was always ahead of the curve with great communication and addressing any issues we had quickly and sincerely.  Many of his ideas are significant pieces of our home design and we can't thank him enough for his help and dedication. Besides having great vision which my wife and I were lacking, he is a very smart and shrewd negotiator.  He pushed the builder right into the end of the month/quarter negotiations he promised he would.  Our incentive package was considerably more than both our neighbors told us they received. Granted they built at slightly different times, but the variance was considerable.  He worked with our USAA VA loan and made the whole process easy and pretty fun.  The most stressful time of the entire 8 1/2 month build was picking out the color choices and tile.  Which was one of Nicholas' suggestions that we are glad he made.  He hinted for us to go with wood plank looking tile.  We did and we absolutely love it.  Far cheaper than the hardwood we were set on, going in.  We are thankful for how well it all turned out, which is why we are happy to write this review. We feel Nicholas did well for us, and we are positive we enjoyed our time with him.  I would highly recommend him as your real estate representative, especially with new construction.
