He charged me 2200 for supplies upfront. March 12th, march 13 he bought the supplies and started the work 14. He measured all 4 sides, but finished only 3 sides. I have a chain link fence on 1 side and then 3 tether custom made fence He put in a picket fence also, it was fine except it needs to be 2 inches off the ground he has it under the ground. He also stole the rest of the pickets and the cement also the post and whatever was left. He stole all of that. I have a video of everything. The bracing of the whole fence was done with interior wood not exterior wood, so its already cracking. The gate that he put up was too high and my dog can crawl down and ran on the street because of it interior wood is now breaking because of the rain the pickets are rotting. I already filed criminal complaints He also did threaten me and I have a video of him going crazy.
