"I am very surprised this is even an issue.History from my side. Mrs.Wilson was adamant about starting a crown molding job in her house on a particular date.Contract specified pine molding, which stock was low. Made a judgment call, according to my expertise,MDF material is not an inferior product & would actually be more adaptable to her irregular walls.She accused me of using inferior products, I assured/told her that I would remove the work I had already installed if she was not happy.She said go ahead don't stop.When finished She told me many x's she was very satisified/happy w/the finished product.Also deducted difference of 25cents per linear foot 280' a discount of $71.00 for the price diff between pine/MDF.I take great pride in my work, try my best to leave my customers w/a product they are happy with,I thought the Wilsons were.If you have any ?'s or if there is any way I can respond to make the Wilsons a satisfied customer,pls let me know, sincerely Gustovo"
