They are 100% attentive. My dog loves both sitters she has had. They come out for a consultation to make sure that sitter and the dog get used to one another. They provide same day service, if necessary. Always available even on my last minute trips. The sitter provides txt message updates of the walks. There is also, a report card, if you will, that outlines everything that was done during a given visit. I wouldn't trust my dog with just anyone. I looked a lot of places before settling down with this service.

Tailored Pets is the only pet sitting service I have ever used consistently and have for about 4 +/- years. They are not only reliable and reasonable priced but they take pride in what they do. The always send texts to update me on how my pets are doing which is important to me so I can relax while I am away. My cat (Kiki) is super easy to care for but my dog can be a handful (that's an understatement!). But it's never been an issue for them - they know how to handle him and I will be forever grateful to Veronica and her team for this. Thank you ALL!

I was on a 2 week business trip and left behind my cat. They were able to send me photos and brief description, daily, via text message.
My only concern was that they may be overbooked. I was scheduled for sitting at the same time every day. However, the text messages started coming later and later. Twice I had to initiate conversation to make sure everything was okay.
But when I returned, my cat was happy, her litter box was cleaned and I was satisfied. I would rate them a 'B'.

I worked with Veronica the owner and the service was were very good. I did have one issue after the service, I tried to email them as I had moved to a different community and wanted to use them again and never got a response. I was pleased to receive daily email or texts about the service. I had no complaints about their care for my dog. I was very pleased.

They are great. They are changing owners and we have not used their service with the new ownership at this time. In the past they have left a card to let us know they were at our home and they gave details on what happened during the visit.

They are amazing. They are a great company. They are very caring and they provide a great service taking care of my two dogs in my home. They are very professional as they are aware of what is going on around your home. They will check mail and turn the lights on or off. They check your home to make sure everything is going well while you are on vacation. They will water plants as well. They will administer medicine if needed.

Each pet was assigned for each dog walker. They would leave notes on what happened everyday and even took pictures. They are very well trained. they even came out before the service for kind of like an interview to get to know my dog. they were very professional. I still recommend them to everyone I know who still lives down there.

The service turned out great. They were very prompt, on time, and they were very efficient with communication. They would let you know how the dog was acting and they would make sure they were very attentive and even would give fresh water as well before leaving.

I have used them for about two years now. They are very responsive, take great care of my dogs, and they are very communicative. I have never had any issues. I would definitely highly recommend them. I have had different walkers over the two years and they have all been solid to work with.

They are amazing. They would make sure that the lights were on in my home at night and they would fix the blinds to make it look like someone was home. They really went above and beyond. They are really trustworthy and I never had any qualms about them being in my home. Victoria the owner brought the person that would be coming to my home before the service to make sure my cat was familiar with the person coming out. They will check your mail and they leave a daily log of what they have provided as well. The service is very valuable. They are phenomenal and I love the service.

Tailored Petsitting has always taken care of our animals and always will. Veronica took extra care with our old girl at home and the house we leave the bloodhound at while we are gone is great. During our last vacation, we left Cozie's dish at the house and Veronica delivered it the next day. When the dogs saw her at the door they were deliriously happy to see her. That's a testimony.

I researched and interviewed six dog walking companies in the Tampa area. Tailored Pet Sitting is by FAR the most accomodating, professional and caring of these companies. Veronica and her team are willing to meet the client's every need. They are well organized, friendly, and genuinely care about the animals. They learn the personality of each dog, gauge their daily behavior and alter their activities/excerise accordingly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Veronica is excellent. Not only did she take care of my dogs as requested, she sends me text messages or email after each visit to let me know how they are doing. Also, once you are an established client, she can be called on short notice to let them out if I get hung up at work. She did an excellent job with Winston when he was very sick and needed medications. Once one of the dogs had an accident and peed on their blanket. Veronica contacted me and asked permission to use the washing machine to clean the blanket. You will not be disappointed with her service.

Okay, I LOVE this company. Veronica takes care of our baby, Casey, EVERY time we are not able to take him with us on travel. We have a boxer with a history of cancer and Veronica was the person I trusted to watch him when he first had chemo and we had to go out of town. He had all sorts of pills and meal requirements and I was so worried it was too much for someone to keep track of. Needless to say Veronica went ABOVE AND BEYOND. She left me a detailed outline of their days together and a super sweet thank you! Basically, you can't go wrong with this company. Oh, they even have a policy that if you don't call when you return they will come by to check on your pets until they know that you are back!
