Furniture - Custom Made, Furniture - Sales
In the fine print there is a disclaimer that states that because each piece is custom made it is non-returnable. When the stepstool arrived it was damaged. We returned the stepstool not realizing this and contacted them, asking for a replacement. They stated that we would have to take it up with UPS. The problem was that we didn't have a stepstool anymore to show to UPS. The company said that they had already thrown out the returned stepstool and refused to give a replacement. At this point they refuse to give a refund or replacement.
