They showed up on time and did a great job!! I was very pleased especially since I limited the time I wanted them to clean in and would use them again!! Price were reasonable!!

I loved the management. They came to my home and spent quite a bit of time explaining policy and services offered. However, the services that were provided did not match what I was told, which was disappointing. The first person they sent out had a problem with some of tasks that she was supposed to do, and she was not professional or friendly at all. I was actually nervous having her in my home. The second person was very sweet, however, she was not thorough. I asked her to please not forget to clean the laundry room, and she did forget. Neither of them scrubbed the floor very well and left work unfinished, undusted, and not shiny.

I originally met with their salesman to talk about their move-in services. He was very professional, explained their satisfaction policy and provided a list of items that are covered as part of their "move-in" service. When I called and scheduled them to do the work, the salesman asked that I him a list of specifically what I needed cleaned (many of items I specified "clean, disinfect and sanitize"). When their two maids arrived, they did not have the list I sent their salesman, AND they stated that they were told it was going to be a "normal, basic housecleaning." I provided them the list and they said it was too much for them to do and called the salesman. One of the people they sent was a trainee. They were here for five hours and only got about 25% of the work done. When I went to move-in, I found that much of the work was substandard and I had to clean all over again. I was going to consider using them for weekly cleaning, but not now.

ONE OF MY BIGGEST COMPLAINTS WAS THAT THEY PROMISED ME THAT I WOULD HAVE THE SAME CLEANING PEOPLE EACH TIME, BUT I DID NOT. THE SERVICE WAS INCONSISTENT AND HAD POOR COMMUNICATION. IT WAS NOT SATISFACTORY AT ALL. IT WAS DISAPPOINTING.

WE HAD A NEW PERSON EVERYTIME EVEN THOUGH THEY TOLD US WE WOULD HAVE A REGULAR PERSON CLEANING THE HOUSE. THOUGH, THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND DID A DECENT CLEANING (NOT EXCELLENT THOUGH).
