Mr Alligator Renovations is fantastic! Jaime and his company never disappoints. He makes sure he does the job right and works quickly at a fantastic price. He's a reliable contractor and one of the few! He knows how to do just about everything in home remodeling and he's always my first call!

Hired Mr. Alligator for plumbing and some electrical work. Pricing was very competitive, showed up as scheduled, completed work as promised. Quality workmanship. Highly recommend.

Let me start off by saying how professional and friendly Jamie is. We just moved into our villa and we have a laundry list of items that we need worked on (replacing toilets, replacing shower heads, taking down fences, repairing warped walls and replacing windows). He was originally planned to come out to give me estimates on the work. I hired him on the spot for the immediate items (replacing toilets and shower heads), since I've gotten a few other estimates and it was almost twice as high. We plan on having him do the other items within the next few weeks. He went above and beyond with helping us with our remodeling! We didn't have a car big enough to bring the toilets from Lowe's so he went and picked them up for us. He had to make 3 trips (no fault of his) to Lowe's because the porcelain toilets where cracked/broken. If you have any work around your house, make sure you call him to do your job!

Used Mr. Alligator for a fence project on a rental we own. His work was exceptional and we actually met his whole family! We would definitely use him again and recommend him highly.

James, was truly efficient, honest and very professional. He did an excellent job installing new lights and updating our dome ceiling in our kitchen. His price was very fair. It was a pleasure having someone him in our home and will be calling him again and again for more projects. We have been looking for someone like him for a very long time.

Jaime is the ultimate professional. I had him perform some pretty complex vinyl fence work and it came out flawlessly. Wish there were more companies/people like him. His work ethic and attention to detail are second to none. I honestly have not been more pleased with a company than with him. He advises you every step of the way...explains the pros and cons of what you want...and makes sure it comes out exactly the way he said it would. He was onsite everyday...I would definitely use him again without even thinking and actually will be for another fence project. You cannot go wrong with Jaime!

It was a pleasure to work with Jaime from Mr. Alligator. There work is great and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for honest, hard working people. I was under a deadline as I am selling my house and they worked until the projects were done even into the evening hours. Always on time and they are very professional. You always get a receipt, a quote and they stay on budget. They keep you informed and now a days is hard to find professionals that will deliver on their word. I highly recommend them.
