refused to do things and don't listen to customer. they can't be very helpful. that's why i didn't go with them. I am just asking for estimate. if they have given me an estimate i will go with them. but I had a problem communicating with them.

I was told by the service rep that booked my install that I would have a project manager that would walk me through the entire process let me know how things worked and how I should respond two subsequent emails from FPL and just keep in touch with me. I had no such help from anyone I had to make all my own calls and follow up on everything myself totally disappointed. Solar panels work fine but I don't think I would contract them again not unless things get very very much better. I even had to turn my own system on to get it up and running.
